Covid-19 new rules and procedures.

Our new opening times are 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. We will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.

Rules and procedures:

• Only 1 customer is allowed in reception at a time, if someone is in reception then please queue outside down the side of the building 2 meters away until they have left.
• We have installed a screen to the main doorway to the reception-this is locked. We have a dropping service for your car keys.
• We have installed a new door bell next to the screen-please ring once inside.
• All contact is to be done over the phone so we can keep this as contact free as possible.
• We will need to disinfect all cars before we can bring them into the workshop so we will need customers to arrive 30 minutes before the booking slot.
• Once your car is finished we will call you to go through the invoice and the work we have carried out. Then the invoice will be emailed to you and all payments will be taken over the phone. We are limiting the risk of infection by going paper free so we will need your current email address.
• When you collect your car we will just pass you your keys. All questions and information will be carried out over the phone.
• The waiting area will be closed until further notice.
• We will only be taking booked jobs so walk in jobs will not be allowed.
• We won't be able to show you your car in the workshop but we will be able to provide photos and videos if needed.
• We all have families to look after so if you are unable to attend because you have symptoms or if you don't feel 100% we fully understand and will be happy to re-schedule your appointment.
• Parts are harder to acquire at the moment so we may need to order parts for the next day which may require for you to leave your car overnight.

We understand this is all very strange but for the safety of all our customers and our staff we need to operate this way. As soon as we can we want to return to normal but for the time being we feel this is the safest way for us to be able to be open.
